Van Tilburg Collection - The Van Tilburg Collection is a permanent museum that comprises 17th & 18th century furniture, paintings, Delft ceramics and other works of art, and includes the largest South African collection of Chinese ceramic objects, of which the oldest date from the Chin Dynasty (221-206 BC).

Charles Paget Wade - Charles Paget Wade (born 1883 at Yoxford, Suffolk, England; died 1956) was an architect, artist-craftsman and poet; today his is perhaps best remembered for the eclectic collection he amassed during his life, a collection which can be seen at Snowshill Manor, his former home in the village of Snowshill, Gloucestershire, which he gave to the National Trust in 1951.

Charles Cressent - Charles Cressent (1685 - 1768) was a French furniture-maker, sculptor and fondeur-ciseleur of the régence style. As the second son of Francois Cressent, scuipteur du roi, and grandson of Charles Cressent, a furniture-maker of Amiens, who also became a sculptor, he inherited the tastes and aptitudes which were likely to make a finished designer and craftsman.

Tokugawa Art Museum, Nagoya - The Tokugawa Art Museum, Nagoya, opened in 1935 and is supported by the Tokugawa Reimeikai Foundation of Tôkyô.
